Scenes From A Salad

Even when I’m making salad for our weekday lunches, I am looking for abstract textures and patterns. Here we have a sliced orange bell pepper.

    lovely color! no. 3 looks like a dam burst.

    hint – slice a cantaloupe in half, the short way… or just slice a couple of inches off the end – for a cool pattern.
