Chained Beast

If you live in Greenpoint Heights then you’ve probably seen this crazy car.  It’s usually parked somewhere by Vinnie’s Pizza and it’s always chained and lock to a utility pole! Have you ever seen someone chain up their car before? It’s awesome.

    yes, it is. I’ve never seen the owner but I like to fantasize that it’s a really old lady.
