Timeshare Backyard

A new open, grassy lot at 145 Ludlow Street in the Lower East Side of Manhattan called Timeshare Backyard is a big slab of grass that’s available to rent for $50 an hour.  Do what you want on it: birthday party, BBQ, concert, whatever.

It’s certainly an interesting concept in a hood that seriously is lacking in green.  What do you think?
