Hipster* Wallpaper

After getting married last week, my wife & I decided to spend a brief honeymoon at the new Wythe Hotel in Williamsburg, Brooklyn, even though we live less than a mile away. It was a very nice experience, but what really caught my eye was Dan Funderburgh‘s beautiful wallpaper that was made specifically for this location, using iconic images from North Brooklyn, like the GreekRussian Orthodox Church, the red fire call posts, and graffitied post office boxes.  Check out the detail in these vignettes. Very cool.
