Brooklyn Echo

Parrots from the front steps of an apartment on Frost Street, Brooklyn.  I took this photo 2 months ago and thought I lost it.  Well hallelujah, here it is.

Little House For The Wary

This is a cute little self-standing house that I’ve never noticed before.

I went to Google Streetview to confirm this address and realized that to the right of this house, there used to be an adjoining structure all the way to another house to the right.  I like this change.  We’ll have to see how this property evolves.

Spiffy Bricks

I find the decorative brick pattern on this building interesting.  It kind of feels like it got sliced, like it’s a cut-away shot of a bigger building. Anyone know what it is? It’s from Manhattan Avenue & Frost Street. I say enjoy it before some meathead decides to cover it in Greenpoint’s favorite off-gassing, cancer-causing vinyl siding.

Frost Street Villa

This is so ugly that it’s starting to grow on me.
