WednesdayGram: Stellar Sunset

I’ve decided that I’m going to post my favorite InstaGram shots that I’ve been taking recently.  I like to use several apps to manipulate images before it even enters the InstaGram app.

I took a picture of a beautiful Summer sunset on the corner of Kingsland & Nassau Avenues in Greenpoint.  I increased the contrast and then added the “Stellar” filter from the “Galaxy group” from the Picfx app and then finally used the “Lo-Fi” filter in InstaGram.

All done inside my little phone.  My handle on Instagram is: polymicrospasm

Tate (Post-Post-Retro-Contemporary) Modern

Art that I saw at the Tate Modern art museum in London, as seen through the magic of the Hipstamatic App on the iPhone.  It’s my art now, bitches!

Burnin’ Off Some Steam

This is just some steam coming out of some pipes from the Vanderbilt overpass on 42nd Street in Midtown from last night, but there’s a street light behind it and I have my trusty low-tech iPhone camera doing it’s unpredictable thang.  It kind of makes me think of special automotive effects from a monster truck rally.
