The rules of the grounds forbids flowers and other plastic tributes, but that still doesn’t stop some people from putting some very interesting and season-specific artifacts around their lost loved ones.

I was pretty dumb-founded when I saw this in my neighborhood.
It’s a big annoying pile of litter from some asshole.
It’s also tactile, colorful and made me laugh out loud.
