If you’re like me (and 17% of you are) then you know this image above. You’ve seen it every Sunday for a long time. It’s the page where you file for your weekly unemployment benefits. It’s the page where you wonder if it will work this week. It’s the website that makes it very unclear when your benefits will end. It’s the page with the phone numbers that never lead to a human contact. It’s the page where you probably pray the most on. It’s the page that decides your mental health for the week. It’s the page that makes me wonder. I think I have a week or so left. But I’m not sure. I’m on an extension of an extension and it appears to have worked this morning. I never wanted to be apart of the 405 club, but now I will do just about anything to squeeze out another week or so.
